This is a great video! I have been learning that insulin is a fat hormone! The more carbs you eat, the more insulin you need to keep your blood sugar in the right range, the more fat you store…. that is why a Paleo diet low in starches and fruit will help me lower my insulin levels and lose weight! Here we go! Starting next Wednesday, I will be taking out all starchy foods and fruit, in addition to eating Paleo (no gluten, dairy, or sugar/fake sugar) for 40 days! I will keep you posted on how I do!

Nutrition is an emotional and touchy topic for a lot of people, even myself but I will go into that at a later time. A lot of people have trouble talking about their food and HATE when I tell them that their beloved whole wheat cereal and oatmeal in the morning or their whole wheat wrap is not in fact, good for them.

Could you be working out too much?

I love to work out! It improves my mood, my stress levels and makes me feel good about myself to get a hard work out done. But with having 2 autoimmune diseases, I could be doing more harm than good, if I work out too much! This was a very interesting read! I hope you like it too and find it helpful!
